Dustin Hickey is a board-certified and internationally credentialed safety expert, holding professional designations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) – Board of Certified Safety Professionals
- Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) – Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals
- Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) – Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
Based in Houston, TX, he is widely recognized for his expertise in the design, implementation, and auditing of safety management systems, with deep knowledge of OSHA standards for Construction (29 CFR 1926) and General Industry (29 CFR 1910). Dustin has served as an expert witness in high-stakes litigation and has supported safety initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, insurers, and public entities.
He currently serves as President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and has twice been published in Professional Safety, ASSP’s peer-reviewed journal. Dustin is also a frequent speaker at national and regional safety conferences.
